Booth Rental Information
APPLICATION REQUESTS -
HOURS FOR BOOTH RENTALS ARE:
FRIDAY 6-10PM OR SATURDAY 9 AM-4:30 PM
GENERAL CRAFT EXHIBITORS - For first time vendors - submit pictures and information of product to the Festival either by mail or email. Each 10' x 10' booth is available on FRIDAY 6-10PM and SATURDAY 9AM-4:30PM
GENERAL BUSINESS EXHIBITORS - For first time vendors - submit request with product information as noted. Each 10' x 10' booth is available on FRIDAY 6-10PM and SATURDAY 9AM-4:30PM
FOOD EXHIBITORS - submit complete information of product & pricing along with set up requirements and booth photos. NO TRAILER UNITS ARE ACCEPTED - TENT & TABLE SET UP ONLY. You will be contacted with further information about vendor requirements. Booths are available on Friday or Saturday or Friday and Saturday. These booths are also 10' x 10' each.
NEW IN 2019 TO GENERAL EXHIBITORS
Friday/Saturday Exhibitors will be setting up in the Commercial Building. Electricity will be provided in the booth fee. Exhibitors must provide all items for set up in their booth. These booths vary in size as does the rental prices and all information will be provided in the contracts. Saturday booths will be available outside in the CENTER CIRCLE with limited electricity.
EXHIBITOR BOOTHS WILL BE OPEN FRIDAY 6-10PM AND SATURDAY 9AM-4:30PM
We are offering extended hours Saturday due to a concert in the Ol' Arena at 6PM with "INDIANA'S OWN" - THE WRIGHT BROTHERS. Exhibitors may stay open through the opening of the concert or close at 4:30PM.
