APPLICATION REQUESTS -
HOURS FOR BOOTH RENTALS ARE:
FRIDAY EVENING 6PM-9PM AS NOTED
SATURDAY 9AM-6PM AS NOTED
GENERAL CRAFT EXHIBITORS - For first time vendors - submit pictures and information of product to the Festival either by mail or email. Various booth sizes are available (inside ) FRIDAY (6PM-9PM) & SATURDAY (9AM-6PM) and (outside) FRIDAY (6PM-9PM) & SATURDAY (9AM-6PM) 10' x 10' booths. All booths must be ready by show time of.
GENERAL BUSINESS EXHIBITORS - For first time vendors - submit request with product information as noted. Same as above.
FOOD EXHIBITORS - submit complete information of product & pricing along with set up requirements and booth photos. TRAILER UNITS ARE ACCEPTED as well as TENT & TABLE SET UP. You will be contacted with further information about vendor requirements. Booths are available Friday & Saturday. These booths are also 10' x 10' each. All booths must be ready by show time .
GENERAL EXHIBITORS
Electricity will be provided in the booth fee. Exhibitors must provide all items for set up in their booth. See contract for size and pricing. TENTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR THE OUTSIDE BOOTHS. Lights are recommended on Friday night outside)
ALL BOOTHS EXHIBITORS will have the opportunity to set up Friday, September 13 from NOON to 6PM.
