APPLICATION REQUESTS -
HOURS FOR BOOTH RENTALS ARE:
SATURDAY 9AM-6PM AS NOTED
GENERAL CRAFT EXHIBITORS - For first time vendors - submit pictures and information of product to the Festival either by mail or email. Various booth sizes are available (inside ) SATURDAY 9AM-6PM and SATURDAY (outside) 9AM-6PM 10' x 10' booths. All booths must be ready by show time of 9AM.
GENERAL BUSINESS EXHIBITORS - For first time vendors - submit request with product information as noted. Various booth sizes are available (inside) SATURDAY 9AM-6PM and 10' x 10' booth sizes are available SATURDAY (outside) 9AM-6PM. All booths must be ready by show time of 9AM.
FOOD EXHIBITORS - submit complete information of product & pricing along with set up requirements and booth photos. TRAILER UNITS ARE ACCEPTED as well as TENT & TABLE SET UP. You will be contacted with further information about vendor requirements. Booths are available Saturday only. These booths are also 10' x 10' each. All booths must be ready by show time of 9AM.

Exhibitors setting up inside - Electricity will be provided in the booth fee. Exhibitors must provide all items for set up in their booth. These booths vary in size as does the rental prices and all information will be provided in the contracts. Booths outside will have limited electricity. See contract for size and pricing. TENTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR THE OUTSIDE BOOTHS.
ALL BOOTHS EXHIBITORS will have the opportunity to set up Friday, September 15 from NOON to 6PM.
