APPLICATION REQUESTS -
HOURS FOR BOOTH RENTALS ARE:
FRIDAY 6-9PM OR SATURDAY 9AM-4:30PM AS NOTED
GENERAL CRAFT EXHIBITORS - For first time vendors - submit pictures and information of product to the Festival either by mail or email. Various booth sizes are available (inside the Commercial Building) on FRIDAY and SATURDAY 6-9PM and SATURDAY ONLY OUTSIDE 9AM-4:30PM 10' x 10' booths are available.
GENERAL BUSINESS EXHIBITORS - For first time vendors - submit request with product information as noted. Various booth sizes are available (inside the Commercial Building) on FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 6-9PM and 10' x 10' booth sizes are available SATURDAY ONLY OUTSIDE 9AM-4:30PM
FOOD EXHIBITORS - submit complete information of product & pricing along with set up requirements and booth photos. NO TRAILER UNITS ARE ACCEPTED - TENT & TABLE SET UP ONLY. You will be contacted with further information about vendor requirements. Booths are available on Friday or Saturday or Friday and Saturday. These booths are also 10' x 10' each.
NEW TO GENERAL EXHIBITORS
Friday/Saturday Exhibitors will be setting up in the Commercial Building. Electricity will be provided in the booth fee. Exhibitors must provide all items for set up in their booth. These booths vary in size as does the rental prices and all information will be provided in the contracts. Saturday booths will be available outside in the CENTER CIRCLE with limited electricity. TENTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR THE OUTSIDE BOOTHS.
EXHIBITOR BOOTHS WILL BE OPEN FRIDAY 6-9PM AND SATURDAY 9AM-4:30PM
We are offering extended hours Saturday due to concerts now being scheduled beginning at 6PM. Exhibitors may stay open through the opening of the concert or close at 4:30PM.
